I have been working at Boston Market part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Very flexible schedule, good job for HS/ college student

Cons

I don't know if it's just our store but the management here has hired so many people that getting any decent hours on the clock is scarce unless you're a manager. It really hurts morale.

I have been working at Boston Market part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Managers are fantastic, hours are flexible, customers are friendly, menu is very simple, most staff are fine with their jobs

    Cons

Staff that do not like their jobs absolutely hate it, upper management decisions are terrible, the menu changes way too often, prices fluctuate and change constantly, horrible business management (why do you think so many stores closed down), horribly low pay for the amount of work that is being done, no benefits

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop Changing Standards, Pay Employees Better (Hourly Shift Manager makes $10 per hour), Do Not Force Employees to do Unnecessary Things (like rolling plastic utensils in napkins).
