I worked at Boston Medical Center (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It is a place to learn and grow like no other due to its patient population, cultural diversity in all aspects, teaching facility and premier research, studies and programs.

    Cons

Parking is extremely limited and prime, hence a bit costly if you drive to work or must take public transportation in order not to spend so much in either parking fees or parking tickets.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to value your best resources there, which are the people who work at your Institutions at ALL levels.
