This place sucks!

Server (Former Employee)

ProsThe tips weren't too bad, having some decent regulars, some good staff members on the team.

ConsSupervisors didn't seem to care about the going ons, general poor attitude, total disorganization, high turnover, poor treatment from the company, favoritism, and slow service to our customers. Also expected to do quizzes on unpaid time. If breaks weren't taken, pay would still be deducted.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease stop hiring your friends and start hiring more competent people. Listen to your staff feedback and let them know what is going on at work. More respect for staff members.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
