Former Employee – worked at Boston Red Sox
Pros – It's the Red Sox! The benefits are great- most of the people are fantastic.
Cons – Your life is not your own. You have no time. But that's ok because they don't pay you any money. Plan on being broke.
Advice to Senior Management – Understand how much your employees give up to be there.
