Pros

Boston Scientific is a large corporation that allows for functional changes in jobs that smaller companies can't offer. The pay is good and the bonus program puts compensation at the middle to high end.

Cons

Sr Managment does not value employees like it used to. BSC used to be a big company with a small company mentality, making it very appealing to work there. Now, it's just like other large corporations with less than desirable Sr Mgmt.

Advice to Senior Management

Sr Managment needs to change the perception of their employees - they feel that communication lacks and employees are not valued.
