Former Employee – worked at Boston Scientific

Pros – A lot of good systems already established, the salary and compensation packages were better but are still better than most other companies. The product depth is makes the company stable.

Cons – Management can yes you to death, agree in theory, but never actually take actions. It can leave employees a little lost with that type of leadership. Senior Management still can not admit they purchased other companies and did paid too much. The due diligence process did not work properly and every stockholder and employee paid the price. Until they can admit to errors they will have trouble growing.

Advice to Senior Management – Leverage best practices across the industry and don't rely on the not invented here mind set. The company can grow with fresh ideas.
