Salaries and oppportunities are strong. Very autonomous work environment. Try to act like a meritocracy, but fall a little short.

Cons

we always seem to be one step behind. we invest a ton of money into development, but seem slow and reactive to getting anything to market. We also seem to be defending ourselves versus the primary competitors.
