Cons

It is a publicly held company so they are always trying to please the stock holders with the bottom line results. Sometimes too short sided and they do not make long term decisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Make a good 3-5 year plan and stick to it. Stop trying to just make the quarterly numbers to please all of the stockholders. A lot of your stock holders are employees and you need to make them happy too.
