ConsOverly bureaucratic, disorganized, hierarchical, slow to make adjustments but quick to make huge changes

Advice to Senior ManagementYou don't have to trust your subordinates with what you're working on, but letting us know what you're working on allows us to better deal with the changes you introduce.

    Evolving Culture, BU moving towards becoming a great place to work

    Pros: The benefits are good (paid time off is generous). Depending on the office, the work schedule is manageable and expectations… Cons: slow moving.
