    Pros

Offers a diverse working culture, with excellent working schedules and working flexibility. Lower level academic administration are typically open and will to discuss and problems encountered.

I have been working at Boston University full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The benefits are good (paid time off is generous). Depending on the office, the work schedule is manageable and expectations are reasonable. There is opportunity to be part of changing culture if you embrace it and ability to maintain work/life balance.

    Cons

slow moving. Unlike other universities, does not seem to be as much of an "academic culture" among administrative employees. The organization is not very nimble or fast moving, so it can be frustrating when trying to implement change.
