Great Benefits, Decent Pay, but Monolithic and slow.

Project Manager (Current Employee)
Boston, MA

ProsAmazing benefits: matching 403b, health, dental.
Classes are nearly free (90% off after taxes, for 2 classes/semester).
Environment and culture can vary greatly. In small departments, can be very personal and fun. In large ones you can get pretty lost.

ConsThis place has so many employees that it takes forever to get buy-in to do much of anything. I spend more time getting buy-in than I do getting things done.

Advice to Senior ManagementBig goals and values really do help, so stick with it. Try to cut down on governance committee sizes where feasible.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
