    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Keep up the good work and please do what my advisor did: When someone decides to leave let them stay on until they find another job. Biggest blessing I had.

I have been working at Boston University part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Many opportunities to work with professors and interact with staff members over the course of my job. Down time to study when work load is not significant.

    Cons

Not that many cons, except the construction in the SMG building has made everything different and more difficult to adjust to. More pros than cons definitely.
