Pros – A great environment, a lot going on, and great connections to a diverse and skilled group of people. They provide excellent employee benefits, especially as it relates to professional development. I have taken advantage of the free workshops and classes they offer about computer programming, business management skills, and a shole host of other

Cons – It can be stressful at times. The schedule is structured around an academic calendar, which can be a bit annoying if you aren't a student or engaged with the academic side of things.

Advice to Senior Management – I really think they are doing a great job. No complaints on my end!
