    Pros

    Learning while you work, working on campus near your dorm, can be funded by work-study grants or UROP research money, in the summer they can pay for housing as well.

    Cons

    Working in research is inherently stressful and time consuming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Some more guidance from professors would be beneficial, or at least a class on how to take advantage of working in a research lab.
