Pros – Friendly people, culture team plans fun events, great industry, international company provided good learning opportunities, employees helpful and supportive

Cons – lack of growth opportunities, lack of communication, confusion within departments about direction, lack of professional development support, little training to do the job correctly

Advice to Senior Management – Invest in training for new employees so they know what is expected of them and how to do their job properly. Let employees know when there will be a major change in their department.
