I have been working at Bow Valley College full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Colleagues, benefits (if full-time), vacation time is outstanding for instructors, the culture (within departments) is positive, overall, but communication between departments is not great.

    Cons

Very corporate, lack of imagination in the English Language Learning Department, senior management at times appears to be more concerned with public image than with student experiences.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let the instructors do their jobs without micromanaging
