Pros – This is a great environment for a driven, hungry sales personality. The leadership group, especially the owner, is terrific and they put a great deal of effort into making people successful. The business ethics here are second to none and that comes from the top. There are always incentives and rewards in the form of dinners and company trips that are rare for this industry.
Cons – Recruiting is a tough business......this company does it's best to help people succeed, but ultimately there will be bumps in the road. If someone is not self-motivated and a hard worker, this will not be the right place for them.
