Pros – long, stable company (1 year older than the USA).
Financialy sound.
Good benefits.

Cons – many communcations problems. On the surface it looks like they communcate well, but lack in substantive lower level communcations.
Where given directives with no assistance to carry them out, or whom to contact.
Branch left hung out to dry with no sales for future work support.

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate.
Help branches grow and prosper.
