Current Employee – been working at Boy Scouts of America full-time for more than a year
Pros – Helping boys grow into young men.
Cons – Ridiculous hours, annoying volunteers, numbers driven upper management, no time to spend with family, poor pay, unachievable expectations.
Advice to Senior Management – Calm it on down. Employees do have lives outside of their work, you cannot expect us to be "Scouting" 110% of the time.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
