I worked at Boyd Gaming full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Benefits. Typical staff issues. Half are great to work with the other half just show up to collect a paycheck.

    Cons

Property management at the exec lvl is out of touch with the real operation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have no problem asking people what they think, but you really don't care, so stop asking. Get out of your offices and pay attention. They have all become out of touch and ineffective in leadership roles.
