I worked at Boys & Girls Clubs

Pros

you are able to be around kids and watch them grow into something better every year and the managers are very nice when you need help with a problem

Cons

there are a lot of kids to deal with and sometimes with the way things are run it can be out of controll

Advice to ManagementAdvice

with the way it works for kids that go there, it can be hard to get field trips for the clubs to go to places like the museums

I have been working at Boys & Girls Clubs

    Pros

help younger generation become responsible adults. You are a role model that has a great impact on the children of the future.

    Cons

it takes a lot of patience to work with younger children. Also being at a new club it is hard to get the respect from the members.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep working hard to have a place that children love to come to. Keep trying to make the club an educational experience that the members can have fun at.
