Boys & Girls Clubs Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Boys & Girls Clubs full-time for more than a year

Pros – Teaching kids, bonding with them and their families. The co-workers were nice and fun to be around as well. Everyone got along for the most part and always helped eachother when needed.

Cons – Constantly undergoing new management. Very unorganizd. Usually always had to work overtime, but they did not allow overtime pay after a while.

Advice to Senior Management – Have more staff meetings to ensure that everyones needs and concerns are heard and met.
