    Pros

The programs are great, working with youth is a wonderful experience, there is sometimes room for advancement

    Cons

Wayne County is too much of a clique and plays a hidden agenda, lack of communication with employees, last minute planning of events, and the pay is pathetic. For all the training the club puts their employees though, you would think their employees would be worth more than minimum wage. Even with a degree, the hearts and souls of every club who keep them operating day in and day out, make next to nothing.

    Advice to Management

Shrink your pay to increase others
Break apart the cliques to make all employees feel welcome

    Pros

The (mostly) college-aged students and kids.

    Cons

There were so many kids sometimes!

    Advice to Management

Take a look at what the club houses really need. Sometimes there could be 40 kids in one room but you still don't want to hire more staff. It's hard sometimes but when you have a passion for the youth, it allows you to push through.
