“Excellent unit manager, terrible upper management”
Current Employee – been working at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital
Pros – Excellent unit manager who is very supportive and backs us up.
Cons – Hospital administration is distant, not supportive of bedside staff. There is no real support for "Culture of Safety"- it is all about making money. This hospital is non-profit.
