I worked at Bracewell & Giuliani

    Pros

A lot of good and friendly law professionals from different parts of the country working in different offices

    Cons

In-groups, some micro-managers and different cultures in different office locations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Eliminate in-groups. The present of these can drive away great employees.
