I have been working at Brafton full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Chance to work for a growing company that's constantly evolving- incredible room for growth, and a business model that allows infinite paths for motivated people.

Cons

Chance to work for a growing company that's constantly evolving- Constant maturing within the marketplace relies on constant reinvention of roles and ingenuity

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Growth is key, the company has grown exponentially in he last 12 months, lets keep up the progress!!!

    Overall you definitely get out what you put in.

    - Work / life balance can seem non-existent at times
    - Still in start-up mode - aren't set policies for everything

    I worked at Brafton

    Pros

    Great people, young crowd
    Nice work environment, lots of employee after work outings
    Growing company with lots of new ideas happening
    Good benefits for employees

    Cons

    No communication between upper and lower management in regards to employee promotions
    No structure for promotion or personal growth
    Falsified the actual job duties when hiring for positions, leading us to believe we would be doing one job when in fact we were doing something completely different
    Was forced to stay extra 3 hours per week to complete mindless work while being paid basically nothing

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate with lower management, encourage them to help their employees grow
    Don't lie about job descriptions! If someone will be made to do tedious, mind numbing work for 9 hours per day...tell them that, so maybe they won't quit a good job and take a pay cut under false pretenses !
