Emphasis on community involvement.
Well integrated into the construction industry.
Wide range of technical expertise in-house, including environmental, drilling, analytical laboratory, construction material testing.

Cons – Could use more current technology i.e. mapping and GIS.
Reputation not known outside of Minnesota.
Like many multi-specialty firms, getting different department to communicate effectively is an ongoing challenge.

Advice to Senior Management – Work on cross-selling between disciplines.
