Pros

Career Advancement, People, Quality of projects and work, Exciting line of work, Training, Recruiting and Social Media. Cutting edge in many ways! Well respected in their industry with great reputation. Diverse opportunities.

Cons

Long hours and much is expected of you. Not for the 9-5 type! Management can be stronger at times. Lax decision making at times which can lead to much change for the sake of change only.

Advice to Management

Be more open, communicate better and make the tough call! Listen to what your folks are saying.

    Pros

Great projects and field staff! Fair pay and benefits! Fair with time off and work conditions are ok. If you are one of the favorites you can advance if not good luck!

    Cons

Poor communication and management. The leaders (way to many VP's) are inadequate in their jobs and not respected in the industries they serve. They received their roles as they sucked up to owner.
Structure of company is poor as are the mission and values which are lacking. Too much turnover and HR is a joke as is Accounting. Think they are the preeminent company and while some people and projects are great overall the company operation is poor. No direction or guidance as they "wing it".

    Advice to Management

Replace yourself with those who have a clue and be a more user friendly company. Do not look down at employees and hire people that actually care about others. Very cold, impersonal and disengaged company.

    Pros

Good pay and benefits for a smaller company. You'll certainly be stretched and do things outside your comfort zone.

    Cons

Endless pointless meetings. A toxic culture starting at the very top. No cooperation between the companies and it is designed that way on purpose to maintain control at the top. They will saddle you with all kinds of responsibilities but give you none of the latitude or discretion to achieve what you need to in order to succeed. Those who remain long-term are those who are getting paid enough to suffer through the degrading behavior by management or support staff who are willing to toe the company line. Nothing at the company is ever about what is best for the employee - they will use people until they are no longer useful to the company and then discard them.

    Advice to Management

Recognize the toxic company culture, address it, and realize that when people are constantly quitting, or the company terminating them, there is something wrong with the company, not with all the people who were good enough to hire.
