Pros – lots of quick business experience gained, young environment, lots of responsibility given right away, easy access to senior management

Cons – business model is a bit sleazy, company name on resume makes you look bad, no regard for personal life as you are expected to be on call constantly, cut throat environment with brutal commission structure, no real professional growth can be gained other than within a tiny group of people who aren't impressive
