Pros – I was reading other posts about this company and wanted to comment. I absolutely loved working for the Bridal Marketing Group. I really appreciated how clients interests were put first. We had a few clients who didn't like their Account Manager and they were moved to another one. I thought that that was a great policy since it's clients that paid the bills. The great Account Managers moved up in the company and the other ones didn't and were let go.
Cons – Not much room for error. You have to hit the floor running every morning or you won't last long. This isn't really a con but it could be hard for people who aren't hard workers.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue doing what you're doing. If it wasn't for my move I would still be working for this company.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
