Pros

Education is viewed as very important within the company. The programs that are offered are plentiful, and accredited through the higher learning commission.

Cons

Sales type environment to get students into school. Pay increases are not what they used to be. Different verticals make it challenging to get students. Compensation does not compare to market standards.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership programs are plentiful, because the organization is growing so quickly. Areas of advancement present themselves, as long as you are an expert in your current position. Most people start off in sales, and shift from there.

Managers are unresponsive and department communication is lacking.

    Pros

A lot of Holidays (up to 12 holidays a year), pretty good benefits, you only have to be in a position for 6 months before changing positions

    Cons

Very disorganized. The company grew so fast and employees moved up to be managers even though they lack experience managing people. There is lack of communication amongst department members. It takes forever to implement new things because everything has to get approved by upper level management.

Communication company-wide is terrible. They just got rid of 10% of their employees and will probably do the same thing again next year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to people in your department. Provide more guidance and support and stop throwing projects down to your employee without giving any feedback.
