I worked at Bridgepoint Education

ProsBridgepoint Education, Ashford University and University of the Rockies has great benefits, $401k, stock options, tuition remission family oriented events and parties, and there isnt much mico managing.

ConsThere inst really any job security. depending on what department you are your managers can be conniving and manipulative. it is hard to move up when you work hard and don't try to sabotage others to get there.

Advice to Senior ManagementReally listen to your staff and take their concerns and or suggestions into consideration and try to implement when they stress that it is important.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
