I have been working at Bridgepoint Education full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Competitive Entry-level salaries, great health benefits, fun culture, experience in a fairly new but rapidly growing industry, opportunity for growth. BA preferred but there are plenty of opportunities for those without a degree as well.

Cons

It's a 9 to 5 cubicle job, as with any large corporation there are drawbacks. The admissions department can be a difficult and stressful job, but after 6 months you are eligible to transfer to other departments if you desire.

    Pros

Great benefits and pay and lots of perks, great people in middle management and regular positions.

    Cons

Unethical, scummy. This company may be paying for it in the future but it will be years before the government does anything about degree mills.

I have been working at Bridgepoint Education

    Pros

As a swiftly growing company , there are plenty of opportunities to experiment and be involved. For people who do not favor the traditional office environment, this company will be a refuge. while not quite as free as say a Google.. it does pride itself on being happy, casual and down to earth.

    Cons

The company was not prepared for it's swift growth. systems are in place that worked well enough for a few years ago, but are barely holding up under the pressures of the current volume.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not going to suggest a thing.
