ProsFriendly co-workers, good initial compensation, good equipment.

ConsHigh-pressure sales environment, blatant favoritsm, deliberate sabatoge, ineffective marketing/lead generation.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange company culture. There needs to be a change from the high pressure sales element to a concern for quality.
