Former Employee - Quality Control Summer Intern in Stargard Szczeciński (Poland)

I worked at Bridgestone as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

A good, well paid opportunity for students to get work experience. A chance to improve the team working skills and get an insight of how big factories work.

    Cons

As a production line worker, the job was tedious and more often than not boring, with high temperatures at workplace and foul, rubber-smells.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would be good to allow interns to try themselves at a selection of responsibilities, rather than one specific job for the full duration of their contract
