    Pros

They listen to an implement your ideas, which really help the company tremendously and save the company a lot of money.

    Cons

They do not acknowledge or reward you for giving them the advantage of having expertise shared with them that allow their costs to grow and money to be saved.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people who really care and share their ideas and help the company grow, instead of having budget constraints supposedly dictate that the expert now has to be permanently laid off and NO compensation or warning is given after the expert did a lot for the company for years.
