I have been working at Brigham Young University (BYU) full-time

Pros

Very good mentoring
Good facilities
Competent faculty

This was a place that I enjoyed working for both as an undrergraduate and a graduate student. I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

Departments tend to be a little bit smaller in the graduate areas, but that doesn't affect the quality. There are just fewer people, which can be a good thing at times.

Approves of CEO

I worked at Brigham Young University (BYU) part-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Easy to get a job with no experience
-Bosses are usually great mentors who want to help you gain relevant experience
-Very understanding of school schedules, with most jobs working completely around your needs

    Cons

-Low pay. Really low pay, but the experience gained is worth more than the money you get.
-Coworkers often won't pull their weight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep hiring undergraduate students. It's the perfect complement to their studies, and makes them much more attractive to employers.
