I worked at Brigham Young University (BYU) part-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Great flexibility, family atmosphere, perfect for students still in school. Competitive pay, excellent exposure to different experiences, and technical problem solving.

Cons

There was very little which is wrong with BYU. One thing that I often feel is that it is a very monocultural place which is probably my worst thing about BYU.
