Pros

-They are always willing to work with you when special circumstances arise.
-Offer consistent raises.
-They have a high-integrity work policy. Honesty is expected always, and dishonesty is not tolerated.
-Great hardware and software to work with. Always up to date with the technology and processes.
-Always moving forward and looking to improve.

Cons

-Sometimes mis-communication occurs between different departments, that creates problems.

    Pros

    I have been a research assistant at BYU for over 2 years in two different colleges and I have always been treated fairly and been given great compensation for an on campus research job.

    Cons

    none so far as i have been there

    The Bookstore is a great place to work for BYU students.

    Pros

    1.) The bookstore offers several one hour classes for employees and if take the right classes, you can loan your books for free.
    2.) Scheduling is flexible around your class schedule.
    3.) Employees get a discount on most merchandise sold in the store.
    3.) The bookstore's on campus so your classes are never too far away.

    Cons

    1.) The bookstore does its annual inventory on President's Day weekend and expects that employees will be available for that.
