    Pros

Good working environment, people are nice, jobs are relaxed, good fit for student who do not have much time to work

    Cons

Low pay, but makes sense for student jobs. Limit of 20 hours per week. Some semesters when you have more time it would be nice to work more.

I have been working at Brigham Young University (BYU) part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Work with professors, increase letter of recommendation resources, get paid while you do homework, meet new people, be helpful.

    Cons

Not the greatest pay but $13 isn't that bad, students think they always deserve an A, your inbox can quickly become overloaded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

TAing was a great experience, not much you can do to make it better.
