I worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent opportunity to network, and learn from smart people

    Cons

No support for post-docs esp from HR. How you are treated depends on your supervisor. There are mean bosses. Loaded with NIH grants, many pay well below NIH guidelines, which is exploitive in an expensive place like Boston.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show some respect for all employees-temporary or permanent. Have the courage to stand up to illegal activities.
