“Bright Horizons Review”
I have been working at Bright Horizons Family Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros – Bright Horizons has a great corporate culture and in my experience excellent management. The company has a superb mission statement that is apparent in the work of the majority of their employees.
Cons – The cons about Bright Horizons are that the salaries are not competitive and the benefits are either not equitable or on the low end of average offerings.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
