I worked at Bright Horizons Family Solutions full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Beautiful, new centers with lots of toys for children. We were given a large budget to purchase items to implement the project approach.

    Cons

I couldn't get a raise unless I got a promotion. I couldn't get a promotion unless I had the Bright Horizons leadership training. I couldn't take the training because only one person per center was allowed to take it. I waited two years with no luck, then left the company. Also, there was too much gossip and cliques within the staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take safety concerns by staff seriously. Don't blame the lead teacher for the actions of the assistant teachers.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
