    Pros

Benefits, Positive Impact and Meaningful Work, Advancement Opportunities, Work/Life Balance

    Cons

While documentation is important to communicate information to families, upper management seems to forget at times that teachers working with the children instead of filling out paperwork is more important

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Bright Horizons Family Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good for people in college or recent college grads and new teachers needing more experience in early childhood education on their resume

    Cons

The salary is VERY low, it's extremely difficult to get time off, employees are often stretched too thin/overworked, benefits are ok but could be better, and turnover rates are extremely high

    Advice to Management

Hire enough people to keep classes in ratio daily without stretching people to their breaking point, pay decent salaries to your employees, and provide your employees with decent health benefits.
