    Always switched to different rooms
    Hours cut from 40 to 15
    Unprofessional bosses
    Raises are barely anything
    Long hours since they made you take an hour break

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better and they work harder and not leave

    Classrooms with special needs children need one additional staff member assigned to exclusively assist every two special needs children in the class.
