Pros – From a corporate stand point, this is a great company with outstanding benefits and a great product line to offer consumers. The industry that the company serves will always be in high demand.
Cons – The management that supervises the residential sales force are yes men and extremely incompetent to lead a sales force from the sales managers to the district managers. No development structure once you have gone through corporate training which was ok!
Advice to Senior Management – Develop a new, innovative and competitive sales plan for the residential sales structure. Un-scheduled solicitation is a thing of the past and is more likely to lose a potential customer than gain one back. Recognize that the outdated infrastructure is the biggest reason you are losing customers. With residential customers, it is imperative that your services work with less issues than your competition. Record of reliable service calls should be the last accolade you use to try to secure a previous customer from the competition.
