“Fantastic experience where you direct supervisors actually care about YOU!”

Current Employee – been working at Bright House Networks full-time for less than a year

Pros – Free/highly discounted cable/phone/internet is always a perk. Supervisors don't breathe down your neck about your stats. You're given a very wide berth in how to help customers (credits, etc).

Cons – Can't think of any, at least at my level.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.
