“Good company to work for”

Systems Technician (Current Employee)

I have been working at Bright House Networks full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great benefits and paid holidays

Cons – The pay structure makes no sense

Advice to Senior Management – Change the pay/raise structure. I started with 12 years of knowledge and had the same pay rate as someone right out of high school with 0 experience! How does that make sense? I am still struggling to make an hourly rate I made at 17 years old after almost 4 years at the company.
