    Pros

Customer service is great. Fast repair and technical support

    Cons

Internally, too dependent on outside consultants and stressing out sales reps. Fell prey to downsizing and reorganizing (the latest and greatest thing to do!!). Needs to get back to the basics and encourage people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow Jack Welch's management style. Encourage your people more through recognition and rewards.

    Pros

Good starting pay and encouraging management. Positive work environment. Amazing benefits including 401k, pension, healthcare, vision, dental, and heavily discounted cable service. One of the few places you can move up with hard work. Drug Free environment.

    Cons

Poor hours for new employees; second shift basically mandatory. Poor communication between management and employees; has improved over last few years, but needs development

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be open with employees and discuss changes that affect them before they are implemented.
