I had an excellent experience with Brighton. The company taught me a lot, and the merchandise was amazing.

The recruiting office and the interviewing process is unorganized and out dated.

I have been working at Brighton Collectibles part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great discount, very pleasant, loyal customers. Good pay and bonus structure. Nice working for a privately owned company compared to a big corporate store.

    Cons

Not commissioned but feels like it sometimes. Management gets very competitive with part timers for sales. Also not fun to call same customers about events and parties too often.
